I clearly remember my first real estate transaction. The visits, the questions, the sleepless nights spent thinking, the fear of making a mistake, the excitement of imagining a new beginning. I was deeply involved in the process, asking questions, analyzing every detail, and seeking to understand each step.
That’s when I realized something important: I truly loved the process. I loved the strategy behind an offer, the logic of the market, the negotiation, but most of all, the human impact of such an important project. That experience became the foundation of my practice.
